How your data is protected
The connection to our shop is encrypted throughout (TLS). You can tell by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
We do not process the payment ourselves; it runs through the respective payment provider. Your full card details are transmitted directly to that provider — we never get to see them and do not store them.
When we charge
The amount is authorised when the order is completed. Depending on the payment method and your bank, it can take one to two working days for the charge to appear on your statement.
If something goes wrong
If a payment fails or you see a double charge, write to us at hello@bellary.shop with your order number. We will sort it out.
