You can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Beyond that we voluntarily grant you 30 days to return.
The period
The 14 days begin when you receive the goods, not when you order. If an order with several pieces arrives separately, the day the last piece arrives is the one that counts.
How to withdraw
An unambiguous statement to hello@bellary.shop is enough — one sentence will do. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
We reply with the return address and confirm receipt. Please send the goods only after that.
What the return costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In 85 countries delivery to you is free, and stays free.
Trying on is expressly allowed
Within the first 14 days you may examine the goods as you could in a shop — trying on is part of that. Refusing a return because something was tried on would not be permissible, and we do not do it.
Only if the goods were used beyond that and lost value as a result can we claim compensation for that loss.
The voluntary 30 days
After the 14 days have passed you can return up to the 30th day after receipt, provided the goods are unworn and the tag is still attached.
That is a voluntary commitment from us. Your statutory right of withdrawal in the first 14 days is unaffected by it and is not tied to any of these conditions.
The refund
We refund to the same means of payment you used. We may wait until the goods are with us or you have sent proof of dispatch — whichever comes first.
If something is faulty
Then it is not a return but a complaint, and your statutory rights in respect of defects apply. Write to us with a photo at hello@bellary.shop. A price reduction instead of a solution is not an answer here.
