In 85 of 102 countries shipping is free. In 17 countries shipping costs are added, tiered by order value — which ones is set out below. From order to delivery it usually takes 6 to 10 business days.
What shipping costs
In 85 countries, nothing. Nor is there an amount above which shipping only then becomes free — it is free without condition. Those countries include Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the whole of the European Union.
To 17 countries we charge shipping, because carrying a parcel there costs us something too. The tiers are built the same way everywhere: one amount up to €59.79 of order value, one from €59.80 to €89.69, one from €89.70 upwards.

How long it takes
Usually 6 to 10 business days, counted from completing the order to delivery. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
If an order takes longer, we write to you of our own accord — you do not have to ask first.

If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver there at the moment.
Customs and import taxes
Within the EU no additional charges apply.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are not included in the price and are levied by the authorities of the destination country, not by us. We say so here so that it does not first come up at the door.
Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way you will get an email. If a tracking number exists, it is in there.
If something does not arrive
Write to us at hello@bellary.shop with your order number. We will follow it up, without you having to take care of it.
